Warranty

With my one-year That’s Watts Up Craftmanship Warranty, I guarantee that all installation work directly performed by me will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and will be free from defects in quality for one year from the date of service. This warranty applies solely to the specific job I have completed as part of the contracted scope of work and does not extend to any pre-existing systems, components, or materials that I did not install or provide. I am not responsible for any issues arising from pre-existing electrical systems, wiring, or other infrastructure I did not install. This includes but is not limited to, wiring, circuits, devices, appliances, fixtures, luminaires, or other types of equipment upstream or downstream from my work. Any such issues should be addressed by the original installer or other appropriate means. If any materials or equipment provided by the customer (such as fixtures, luminaires, or devices) become defective or require replacement within the warranty period, I will assist in sourcing a replacement of comparable quality and value, but I cannot guarantee the availability of an identical product and the cost of such replacement shall be borne by customer.  The manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials. Manufacturer's product warranties shall be furnished at the time such products or materials are installed. This warranty excludes damages or defects due to characteristics that are common to the materials used or to conditions resulting from condensation, expansion, or contraction of such materials. This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from improper use, unauthorized modifications, lack of maintenance, or external factors such as power surges, electrical faults, environmental conditions, or other issues beyond my control.
