The Fresh-Up Electrical Enhancement Package is designed to give your home a modern and functional electrical upgrade without a full-scale renovation. This service includes updating existing outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures to a more aesthetically pleasing and convenient design. We will replace outdated toggle switches with sleek rocker or decora-style switches, and upgrade your standard outlets to USB-integrated or smart outlets for enhanced utility. In addition, we’ll assess your lighting setup, recommending and installing energy-efficient LED fixtures or more stylish and contemporary designs to enhance the look and feel of your living spaces.

This package focuses on visible surface enhancements, such as replacing devices or fixtures, for a clean, updated look that offers greater convenience and energy efficiency. The package does not cover bringing existing wiring or circuits up to current electrical codes, unless a significant safety concern, such as a potential fire hazard, is directly related to the devices, fixtures, or luminaires being installed or replaced. Any additional repairs or updates necessary for compliance with modern electrical codes will need to be handled separately.

• Devices, fixtures, and luminaires will be installed with the understanding that existing wiring is assumed to be compliant unless significant fire hazards are identified.
